Project-specific terms
Refund eligibility is primarily governed by the proposal, statement of work, service agreement, invoice terms, or other written arrangement accepted for the project. If those terms differ from this general policy, the accepted project-specific terms apply.
Cancellation before work begins
If you need to cancel before scheduled work begins, contact BrandzOrbit as soon as possible. The request will be reviewed against any work already completed, time reserved, commitments made, and non-recoverable costs. Any refundable balance will be confirmed in writing.
Work already performed
Fees relating to discovery, audits, research, strategy, campaign preparation, implementation, reporting, technical assistance, printer configuration, or other work already performed are generally not refundable. A refund is not guaranteed merely because a project is paused or cancelled after work has started.
Advertising and third-party charges
Advertising spend, platform charges, software subscriptions, licenses, equipment, replacement parts, shipping, travel, taxes, and other third-party costs are outside BrandzOrbit’s direct control and are generally non-refundable once incurred. Refunds for third-party products or services remain subject to the relevant provider’s policies.
Recurring services
Cancellation of a recurring or ongoing service is handled according to the notice period and billing terms in the applicable agreement. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a billing period in which services were already provided or resources were reserved.
Service concerns
If you believe agreed work was not delivered as described, contact BrandzOrbit promptly with the project details and the specific concern. BrandzOrbit will review the agreed scope, records, and completed work before proposing an appropriate next step. This review does not guarantee a refund or a particular outcome.
Approved refunds
When a refund is approved, BrandzOrbit will confirm the amount and payment method in writing. Bank, card-network, and payment-provider processing times may affect when the funds become available.
Applicable rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory laws.
